Usually, I'd keep this kind of discussion in mod chat but I'm going to try something different here.

Everything was going well, we where gaining users rapidly until it peaked on July 7 when our hard drives crashed.
We got a new server, found an old archive of the site, and started growing slowly again until we peaked on July 24.
After that, we're on the decline. Our PPH and unique IPs have been dropping.

Let's use this thread to discuss how we can bounce back.
